By engaging Bugclue for Digital Marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of Bugclue's services implies acceptance of any modifications.

2. Services:

Bugclue agrees to provide digital marketing services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal. This includes but is not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising.

3. Client Responsibilities:

The client agrees to provide Bugclue with necessary access to digital assets, relevant information, and collaboration required for the successful execution of the digital marketing campaign. Bugclue does not share hosting cPanel account details with clients due to security reasons. We utilize third-party hosting providers for hosting services.

4. Confidentiality:

Bugclue agrees to keep all client information and data confidential. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer information, and any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

5. Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement and are subject to the chosen service package. Invoices are due within 5 days of receipt. Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension of services. Bugclue reserves the right to suspend hosting services if payment for renewal hosting is not received.

6. Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If terminated by the client, any outstanding payments for services rendered must be settled. In the event of non-payment for hosting renewal, Bugclue reserves the right to suspend hosting services.

7. Intellectual Property:

Bugclue retains the intellectual property rights to all materials, including but not limited to graphics, reports, and content, developed during the course of the digital marketing campaign unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Performance Metrics:

Bugclue will provide regular reports detailing the performance of the digital marketing campaign. While Bugclue strives to achieve optimal results, no specific outcome or guarantee is provided.

9. SEO Guarantee:

Bugclue does not guarantee specific ranking results for SEO services. SEO results can vary based on various factors, and Bugclue provides SEO services as a free, value-added component without a guarantee of achieving specific rankings.

10. Hosting and Security:

Bugclue utilizes third-party hosting providers for hosting services. Hosting cPanel account details are not shared with clients to ensure the security and integrity of the hosting environment. Bugclue exclusively transfers text content details and does not provide backups for installed themes and plugins.

11. Website Acess:

We restrict access to the complete WordPress admin dashboard due to licensing constraints associated with specific themes and plugins. In the event that you opt to migrate your website to an alternative web development or hosting provider, a redevelopment process may be necessary. Rest assured, we are dedicated to providing essential support and collaboration during this transitional phase. Our commitment extends to facilitating the transfer of crucial text or Image content details, all while upholding licensing agreements and stringent security standards.

12. Site Downtime and Crash:

Bugclue is not responsible for site downtime or crashes. As we do not provide hosting services, site issues may occur due to client-induced changes, third-party actions, or other unforeseen reasons.

13. Email Handling:

Bugclue does not provide direct access to email handling under cPanel. For any email-related requests, clients can contact our support team, and we will create and send password setup emails for new email accounts.

14. Refund Policy:

Bugclue does not provide refunds once an invoice is fully paid. Refunds are at Bugclue's discretion and may be considered in rare cases if a client is not satisfied. If the client's invoice is partially paid, a refund may be processed in exceptional circumstances.

15. Minimum Support and Maintenance:

At Bugclue, we are committed to offering free support and maintenance services throughout the duration of your partnership with us. This encompasses addressing website crashes resulting from our actions, server downtimes, and making minor adjustments like changing images or text. We assure you that we will uphold the stability and functionality of your website during this timeframe.

16. Hosting and Domain Duration:

The hosting and domain mentioned on the invoice cover a one-year period. Clients have the choice to extend their plan during invoice creation, with additional charges for hosting and domain calculated and communicated accordingly.

17. Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be held responsible for any delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, such as acts of God, terrorism, or natural disasters.

18. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the term of this agreement to third parties without written consent.

19. Amendments:

Bugclue reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Bugclue's services implies acceptance of the modified terms.

20. Additional Requested Plugins or Feature:

When additional plugins or features are requested, we reach out to third-party developers, seeking their contributions, and charge accordingly. If revisions or extra features become necessary post the initial plugin creation, developers may apply an additional fee.

21. Client-Initiated Changes and Additional Fees:

It's crucial to be aware that if the client is granted access to specific pages or the backend of the website, and issues arise – such as website crashes or disruptions in layout due to changes initiated by the client – these situations will not fall under our free service agreement. In such instances, any required restoration or fixes will be subject to our standard fees, and we will communicate these charges to the client accordingly.
